      Solid As The Clock (2020) is the first solo LP by Galician singer High Paw. This work has been composed, produced and released in collaboration with the record label Cool Up Records. The album consists of 7 songs and a bonus track and is available on vinyl, cd and also as a digital download.
      Solid As The Clock is an album in which High Paw deals with different themes and concerns over Digital Reggae and Rub a Dub rhythms. These styles of Jamaican music suit High Paw like a glove, as it is a facet in which he is at ease. Evoking the elegant and vindictive djs of the 80s, this is a very fun but also very critical album. With catchy choruses and strong lyrical verses.

      SOLID AS THE CLOCK (2020)

      The album has a small touch of Rocksteady in the form of a collaboration with the great singer Payoh SoulRebel. Tenor Mario also debuts for the first time on an official album. This song is very special because it breaks with the classic scheme in which the woman sings in the chorus in a melodic way and the man plays the dj in the verse. In addition, she asks him for space in her lyrics, turning around the typical message of love between men and women and how it has been expressed and staged years ago in music.
      Regarding the visual art, the cover is the work of another member of the label, Mr John Vanilla. He gives his personal touch to another Cool Up Records work, and this time it is inspired by superhero comics and animated series. The result is a cover that is very much in keeping with the title of the album and its content. In short, it is a very complete work in which they have had the collaboration of several excellent musicians, achieving the ideal result so that each instrument shines and at the same time fulfils its function.
