Burian Fyah is a musician from Seville who started learning to be pianist at early age, getting close to reggae music to form Lunatic Fyah in 2007, playing keyboards and voice with his friend and brother Rashabba. They released their first LP, called I&I, based in new roots.
Burian Fyah made some performances alongside Alameda Sound, well known veteran sound from Seville, whose still working whit n next years. Later on 2009, he continued his career as singer, making the instrumental band I&I Roots Band, touring until 2012, feeling proud to be in the warm-up of the legendary band Skatalites (Custom club, Seville, 2011).
In 2011 he had the pleasure to know Variedub more than a friend, like an amazing producer who has plenty knowledge as music technician with a grand tour. Their first release together was a single, called “Family”, under the Estonian label Stricly Dub Records, releasing more late the tracks “Mayday” and “Jailhouse”.
In 2015 he release his first EP with Variedub, called “Lab of Dub” pointing to styles like dub, digital or stepper. Their last work together was the tune “Don’t cry”, that appears on the compilation Sound System Collection.
With the mentioned Alameda Sound, he records voices on the tunes “Nice time” (included on the one riddim LP called Digital Splash, shared with artists like Longfingah) and “Them a ready” (included in one riddim LP called by the same name, alongside artists like Virtus).
He had participated on events such the first dub corner in Seville, on Territorios Festival, sharing line-up with Sr Wilson or King General. In the same way on Alrumbo Festival Dub Corner, two years consecutively, running into artists like El Fata, Yeyo Perez or George Palmer.
Some of his last releases are the tune “Champion”, alongside the veteran Raggatack, under the label Roots Liberator, “Keep on rolling” alongside Giralda Sound (Manul and S Curro), collaborating with Payoh SoulRebel and Cool Up Records or “Musical warriors” featuring Tunelon Iration with Guaridub.
